Open Seas Coffee was conceived while picking coffee cherries with local friends in Laos and quickly grew into a mission to see coffee communities empowered and thriving.
For us, this means being interconnected with everyone involved, striving towards excellence, for the betterment of all connected with us. And although this started with our 10-4 Farmers Initiative to give back, it has grown into relationship-based buying models with farmers, barista trainings for better prepared coffees, tasting certifications for accurate producer feedback, and even competitions to promote our coffee and producing partners.
