"Dinkalem’s focus": Together they are a couple dedicated to helping their communities in every way. His farm is around 400 hectares of land, most of which is richly blanketed with famous Keffa forests. Around 40 hectares are planted with coffee, a mix of new and old trees. Dinkalem’s plan is to provide stewardship of the farm, slowly replacing the old trees with the new ones– of the 400 hectares of mostly forested land, currently around 40 hectares are planted with coffee (including some of the “Wush Wush” variety), and to have a robust outgrower’s program that brings economic advantages to his neighbors and friends.
