Ethiopia natural is here to stay in our lineup and we are stoked! We sourced this beautiful coffee with friends at Keffa who are doing an awesome job of ethically and intentionally supporting needs throughout the supply chain - from farmers to roasters and beyond. This sundried natural coffee was processed at the Mirado Processing Station in the Bensa district, and is a larger lot that 300 farmers contributed to. We’ve been thrilled with the quality of this cup that’s super sweet and fruity, with just a hint of cinnamon-spice complexity and a lavender note that reveals itself on espresso. On the cupping table we’re getting notes of blueberry, brown sugar, caramel, and cinnamon. If you’re a fan of Ethiopian coffees you’re going to love this one!
