At our coffee roastery, we pride ourselves on delivering the freshest, highest-quality coffee to our customers. Due to our commitment to food safety and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once coffee has left our facility.
Food Safety Commitment
All of our coffee beans and products are handled with strict adherence to food safety guidelines. Once a product is shipped or picked up, we can no longer guarantee its integrity or safety. For this reason, we cannot resell or reuse any returned coffee products.
No Returns or Exchanges
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any coffee products, including whole beans, ground coffee, or canned products. This policy ensures the safety of our customers and maintains the highest standards for our coffee.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item or if your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. While we cannot accept returns, we will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
