Decaf coffee has gotten a bad wrap for too long. We often drink our Colombian Decaf and genuinely enjoy it, and the process is largely why! We've been sourcing sugarcane decaf coffees for years, and we have found that they retain body and sweetness exceptionally well compared to other decaffeination processes. While it's true that there are some icky options on the market, the sugarcane or EA process is a natural one that uses reduced sugarcane (or ethyl acetate) to extract caffeine from the green coffee beans by introducing another substance to bond with.

Please note: We roast-to-order so your coffee is as fresh as possible, but that usually means we need a little extra time to get it ready. Orders will be filled as quickly as possible, but please note that orders arriving after Monday may be filled the following week. Need coffee sooner?
