Introducing one of the most unique coffees we've ever roasted - an Orange Maceration process from Ben of Gold Mountain 🍊This Nicaraguan coffee comes from Finca Idealista where they not only grow coffee, but they also grew the oranges used in the 148 hour fermentation. Due to the processing this coffee called for a delicate touch in the roaster to make all the magic pop in the cup. If you love a more delicate coffee with florals, juicy acidity, and complexities you can dive into, you'll love this one! We recommend dosing up slightly when brewing due to it's delicate nature.
