Shipping policy

Web orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. Tracking emails are sent automatically through our shipping partner system. If you did not receive or have misplaced your tracking number please contact us at info@openseascoffee.com. 

We roast-to-order so your coffee is as fresh as possible, but that usually means we need a little extra time to get it ready. Orders will be filled as quickly as possible, but please note that orders arriving after Tuesday may be filled the following week. Need coffee sooner?
