Finca El Angel is a GECA Coffee farm that placed 4th in the cup of excellence in El Salvador. We’re so excited to have this washed coffee back in our lineup this year, and adore the work Carlos and his family are doing in the Salvadoran coffee space! This coffee couldn’t be encapsulated with just one chocolatey note so we doubled down, and we think you’ll taste why! It’s rich, smooth, sweet, and mildly complex with just a touch of citrus.
