This is a long awaited reunion with a coffee producer we know and love! It’s been a while since the stars have aligned and we’ve been able to work with Carlos' coffees, but we’re thrilled to re-launch this relationship with a fantastic typica honey process. The typica varietal is known for it’s low acidity, smoothness, and complexity. It has a lower production rate than other varietals making it elusive, exclusive, and highly sought-after! This honey processed typica from the El Congo farm has notes of pina colada, hibiscus, and date syrup. It’s a creamy, sweet, complex and mildly fruity cup that we’re obsessing over at the roastery. We have a very limited amount to roast of this beautiful coffee so grab it while it’s here!
